Intro Call
We talk through your product, motion (freemium/trial), current numbers, and upgrade pains, and decide if this sprint actually makes sense.

Initial breakdown & review
map your current upgrade journey (signup → activation → upgrade), review your pricing, paywalls, and key screens, and highlight where things are clearly getting in the way.

Upgraders vs non-upgraders
We dig into how people who do upgrade behave differently from those who don’t — using whatever mix fits your product best (analytics, user interviews, team workshops, etc.).

Prep 1–3 easy fixes
I create low-/mid-fidelity mockups and copy for 1–3 changes we want to ship first (for example, a new paywall, trial screen, or upgrade prompt).
If we use the design add-on, I work with a designer to turn these into final, dev-ready designs.

Ship + 3-month roadmap
You roll out the changes (depending on your process), and we wrap by mapping a clear 3-month upgrade roadmap so your team knows exactly what to test and improve next.
